Air Express International said it acquired 50% of Korea Air Freight
Air Express International said it acquired 50% of Korea Air Freight, its agent in South Korea for the past 20 years. The joint-venture company will be renamed AEI Korea Ltd. Y.T. Lee, Korea Air Freight president and principal shareholder, will become president of the new enterprise.
