Africa Represents Strong Market For Regional Jets, BAE Says
BAE Systems believes there is strong potential for regional jet sales in Africa -- nearly half the total African airline fleet comprises regional aircraft, but only 10% of the total are regional jets. The regional jet share increased from just 3% of the fleet in the space of 12 months, BAE says.
