South Africa's Minister of Public Enterprises, Pravin Gordhan, has appointed an entirely new Board of Directors for the coountry's state-owned technology group Denel reports Sam Basch. The board is an interim one until confirmed by Cabinet. It will be headed by Ms Monhla Hlahla, who was CEO of Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA) for ten years.
