Video: Joby Partners With Virgin Atlantic To Bring Electric Air Taxis To UK

Joby Aviation unveiled its all-electric air taxi at Farnborough Airshow 2026, announcing a groundbreaking partnership with Virgin Atlantic. 

The company plans to launch services in London, Manchester, and across the UK. With 50,000 test miles already flown and successful trials in New York City and San Francisco, Joby is in the fifth and final stage of FAA certification. 

Currently in the fifth and final stage of FAA certification, the company emphasized that the future of sustainable urban air mobility is nearly here.
