"Engine development is going very well," CJ4 Program Manager Norm Baker claimed, noting that the 3,400-pound-thrust Williams engines that will power the CJ4 are meeting thrust, fuel efficiency and temperature margin goals. Officials predict it will enter service with a 5,000-hour TBO.
