U.S., France will resume bilateral talks Feb. 25 in Paris
U.S.-French bilateral talks will resume in Paris Feb. 25-27, a DOT spokesman said. The U.S. is pushing for a transition to open skies, which France has resisted despite willingness to accept a substantial degree of liberalization over time.
