The Gulf carrier will operate 119 weekly flights to the UK by Dec. 1.

Destinations in Russia and Saudi Arabia are set to be new points for Air Arabia Abu Dhabi and Air Arabia Egypt respectively.

Emirates and United Airlines have confirmed a codeshare agreement that will see the US carrier launch a new route between Newark and Dubai next year.

Abu Dhabi will join Dubai on the Indian airline’s route map from October.

Routes from Dubai to Abuja and Lagos will be halted from September.

The LCC will launch a route from Sharjah during the upcoming winter season.

The codeshare with the Greek carrier comes as Emirates plans to launch Airbus A380 flights to Bengaluru for the first time and reintroduce the aircraft on its route to Perth.

The carrier will become the first to offer a nonstop link between Bahrain and the emirate.

The Indian LCC has confirmed that flights will begin in September.

Flights to Moscow will resume in October, making the airline the fifth to offer flights between the United Arab Emirates and Russia.

Ras Al Khaimah is set to become the fourth emirate to be served by the Indian LCC.

A harsh confrontation between the airline and the airport has apparently eased.

Wizz Air’s Abu Dhabi-based carrier is adding two more destinations to its network, while the Hungarian group’s application for US approval for transatlantic cargo operations has been rejected.

The airlines both fly the Toronto-Dubai route.

The airline has similar agreements in place with tourist authorities in South Africa and Spain.

The carriers hope to expand an agreement that has been in place since 2014.

CEO Tony Douglas said a likely home for the 26 Airbus A321neos could be Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, the LCC which operates routes to seven countries including India, Bangladesh and Egypt.

The joint venture between Air Arabia and Etihad Airways plans to increase the number of points it serves in India to six.

The carrier already serves London’s Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Flydubai is opening another European leisure route this summer, becoming the sole operator of flights between the Middle East and Pisa.

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will provide direct competition for Pegasus Airlines on the route.

The number of connections between the United Arab Emirates and Israel is set to grow further.

Mattala will become the ULCC’s first destination in South Asia.

The French destination is one of five the carrier plans to launch or relaunch in its summer 2022 schedule.

In addition to new flights to the Greek island this summer, Etihad will resume service to three destinations.
