The Namibian government has said it has committed to establishing a new national airline as a public-private partnership.

The new route comes less than a week after Namibia’s government decided to close Air Namibia.

An interline agreement with Airlink will allow travelers from Dubai to Cape Town and Johannesburg to go onwards to 45 destinations across the Southern Africa.
