Germany’s air accident investigation bureau BFU has begun examination of the incident involving a Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 that incurred substantial damage upon takeoff in Munich.

The proposed codeshare covers an initial 24 routes from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.

Oman Air will place its code on a further 16 routes operated by Qatar Airways.
