GOL plans to restore a connection previously served by American Airlines and LATAM Airlines Group.

The Brazilian carrier intends to expand operations in the northeast of the country, as well as restarting a number of routes to Buenos Aires.

The carrier plans to serve 49 destinations in Brazil by the end of the year—five more than were offered before the pandemic.

The carrier is now operating 24 flights a week to Dutch Antilles islands Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.
