The Teamsters lost a lawsuit
The Teamsters lost a lawsuit claiming Delta's rules against wearing certain buttons or displaying large stickers on toolboxes is discriminatory. Delta said the court reaffirmed its policy that employees may wear small lapel pins and put small stickers on toolboxes if they "do not carry a message."
