Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is seeking Poland’s admission into German-led ESSI, to bolster the region’s ground-based air defenses.

Switzerland’s Federal Council has given the green light for the country to join the European Sky Shield Initiative to strengthen ground-based air defenses.

U.S. and European defense suppliers are supporting the development of Poland’s air defense system and the development of future missiles to support it.
