1 Vision Aviation: Maintenance and a Flight School

Sioux City, Iowa-based 1 Vision Aviation is talking up its newest location, at Salina Regional in Kansas, at Booth 3924. The company offers aircraft maintenance and mechanic shop services, and a flight school. “We are planning on adding facilities in Florida and South Dakota in the near future,” 1 Vision CEO Jimmy Sponder told Aviation Week.

Multinational 8tree's aircraft repair technologies will be at Booth 4019. “Aircraft endure a lot of abuse,” the company says, given bird strikes, hail damage, ground support equipment collisions and debris kicked-up from the tires. Dents and dings “can keep an aircraft grounded ... bad for safety and bad for business.”

AeroCreeper to Keep you Comfortable

“Meet your new wingman,” says Utah-based AeroCreeper, which will demonstrate its line of heavy-duty, multi-position mechanic’s creepers at Booth 4025.
“If you’re sick of bending, crouching, or reaching," the Aerocreeper is for you,” the company says. “Set the perfect height to comfortably reach whatever you’re working on.” The 350-lb. capable units feature 10 adjustable heights.

AeroRepair Stresses Logistics, Customer Contact

New Hampshire-based AeroRepair, which has facilities in Manchester, Atlanta, Calgary, Dallas, Indianapolis, Montreal, and Phoenix, is promoting services including wheel overhauls, battery service and certification, starter-generator support, and landing gear and actuation maintenance, at Booth 3918.
The company has its own logistics system .

Aero Skills/ATG: Looking to the Future

Canada’s ATG/Aircraft Technologies Group is promoting the Aero Skills competition for aircraft technicians at Booth 4017. Regional events took place this year in British Columbia, Ontario, Indiana and Pennsylvania, with four more scheduled in Florida, Teas, Kansas and California–but first a “Rivet Shoot-Out” at NBAA-BACE 2021 on Tuesday, Oct. 12. The National Championship is slated for early March 2022 in Las Vegas.
“Get involved,” says Team ATG. “Make a difference!”

American Additive for 3D Printing

Pennsylvania’s American Additive Manufacturing will feature its 3D printing at Booth 4020. Capabilities include rapid and rapid and functional prototypes; tooling and parts including composite layup and trim tools; jigs and fixtures; design models and visual aids; surrogate parts for maintenance; prototypes and models including end-of-arm tooling; end-of-life replacement parts; and “precious part replication.”
AAM can also produce flight-worthy components for aircraft interiors.

AmP: ‘We Know How to Get the Job Done’

DFW-based Aviation Maintenance Professionals–AmP– is promoting a suite of aircraft maintenance services at Booth 4032. The AmP portfolio encompasses AOG support, airframe maintenance, avionics, cabin interior refurbishment, painting, and engine/APU support.
It can perform major inspections and repairs on aircraft including Challenger, Falcon, Gulfstream Hawker, King Air and Learjet planes.
More than a score of companies are participating in the new Maintenance Pavilion, a first for NBAA-BACE, at the 2021 convention and exhibition in Las Vegas. Proceeds from a Silent Auction on Wednesday, October 13 will be used in support of the NBAA’s AMT Maintenance Scholarships for aircraft maintenance technicians.
