SAS Forms New Company To Run Cargo Terminals

SAS Cargo has separated its Swedish air cargo-handling terminals from the parent company and set them up as an independent legal entity called Spirit. SAS says the move will help reduce unit costs, and will also aid its search for new partners to "help us build up a high and stable cargo volume."...
