Russia offers MiG-29Ms to replace Indian aircraft
NEW DELHI - Russia has offered to sell India multirole MiG-29Ms to replace its aging MiG-21s, MiG-23s and MiG-25s, according to an official with Rosobronexport, Russia's arms export agency.
