Rep. James Oberstar

Rep. James Oberstar (D-Minn.) yesterday introduced a bill limiting the amount of money airlines can collect for selling international routes to what they paid for them. They could receive nothing if they acquired them for free, as is customary in a typical DOT route proceeding.
