Port Postpones TWA Terminal RFP, Citing Incomplete Forms

The Port Authority will issue a new request for proposals to redevelop the iconic TWA Terminal at New York Kennedy Airport. The original RFP was canceled because the submissions received were incomplete or failed to respond to requests for additional information.
