Peru joins Fortaleza Air Freight Agreement
Peru joined the Fortaleza Air Freight Agreement, signed by Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The agreement, named for the Brazilian city where it was approved, provides free access to Brazil for domestic air cargo carriers from other signatory countries.
