NxAero Buys Columbia Air
NxAERO LLC, a Beverly, Mass.-based management and charter company, bought Groton, Conn.-based air taxi Columbia Air LLC. The acquisition follows a partnership in which the two companies operated the TBM-700 for on-demand services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
