Revima APU has appointed Antoine Marez as director of strategic purchasing. Marez will oversee the development of long-term agreements with suppliers in support of new and existing APU programs. Marez came to the position after serving as aftermarket supplier manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Marilake Aerosystems in the U.K. has added Transport Canada TCCA approvals to its existing EASA 145 and FAR 145 capabilities. The avionics specialist says that it added the approval because of a growing demand for multi-release documentation and requirements from specific overseas customers.

Goodrich will overhaul and support the 16 passenger evacuation slides on Emirates' Airbus A380 fleet through a 10-yr. agreement. Goodrich will conduct the maintenance at its Dubai facility.
