Capitals of nine states have no scheduled air services, according to Morten Beyer&Agnew. The cities are Annapolis, Md.; Olympia, Wash.; Frankfort, Ky.; Salem, Ore.; Carson City, Nev.; Dover, Del.; Concord, N.H.; Montpelier, Vt., and Jefferson City, Mo.
