New 328JET Owners Aim To Rebuild Credibility
AvCraft Aviation, new owners of the Fairchild Dornier 328JET program, are targeting next January to start delivering new production aircraft, once the company restores credibility in customer service and supply chain management.
President Ben Bartel described previous customer support as "pin ball," and told The DAILY parts availability problems existed with suppliers in the past. "It's open season for suppliers," Bartel said. "We want to drive more dollars from suppliers, raise the quality and lower the price on the airplane."
