Civil Aviation Administration of China Deputy Administrator Li Jian has visited Spain with a Chinese civil aviation delegation and held talks with Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency. The two sides discussed initiating civil aviation security cooperation between the two countries, strengthening exchanges in general aviation and unmanned system management and promoting China’s civil aviation standards into the world. The signing of memorandum of understanding will lay the foundation for more in-depth and extensive cooperation between civil aviation authorities of the two countries and will create an enabling bilateral environment for cooperation between industrial enterprises.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-12-13 for all Boeing 757s, requiring repetitive checks of the aileron trim actuator bearing for free rotation, repetitive detailed inspections of the aileron trim actuator attachment lug for damage and cracking, and applicable on-condition actions, effective July 12, 2019.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-12-10 for all Fokker F28 Mark 0070s and 0100s, requiring revising the existing maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective August 1, 2019.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-12-07, for all Airbus A318s and A319s, A320-211s, -212s, -214s, -231s, -232s and -233s and A321s, requiring an inspection to determine the serial number of both main landing gear sliding tubes, repetitive inspections for cracking of the affected sliding tubes and corrective actions if necessary, and eventual replacement of both gear shock absorbers, inspection of affected chromium plates and sliding tube axles for damage, replacement of the sliding tube if necessary, replacement of cracked sliding tubes, effective August 1, 2019.
The Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation has issued airworthiness directive RU-2019-322-03 for Sukhoi RRJ-95Bs and RRJ-95LR-100s, requiring inspection and replacement of wing link of track of slat section, effective June 15, 2019.
