Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil Brazil has issued airworthiness directive BR-2022-09-01R1 for Embraer 190-300s and -400s, requiring replacement of rudder power control units, effective June 2, 2023.

EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-055R1 for ATR42-500s and ATR72-212As, requiring inspection of horizontal stabilizer front and center box, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.
EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-063 for ATR42-200s, -300s and -320s, requiring inspection of angle of attack probe electrical routing and amending aircraft flight manual, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.

EASA has issued safety information bulletin 2023-05 on possible risks emerging during summer 2023 from ineffective management of change, shortage of operational and technical staff, cyberattacks, loss of knowledge following staff turnover, disruption of ground handling training, low availability of parts, lack of time to train staff, disruptive passengers and capacity issues.
EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-065 for Rolls-Royce Deutschland Trent 1000s, requiring inspection and replacement of low-pressure turbine stage 1 blade assemblies, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.
EASA has not adopted FAA airworthiness directive 2023-10-02 regarding data recorders, display indicators and altimeters.

FAA has issued corrected airworthiness directive 92-02-14 R1, removing airworthiness directive 92-02-14 for certain Airbus A320s, as no longer necessary, effective June 2, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-10-01 for certain Embraer ERJ 190-300s and-400s, requiring replacement of the left- and right-hand elevator power control units and lower and upper rudder power control units, effective June 20, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-09-11 for certain Airbus A320-family aircraft, requiring repetitive high-frequency eddy current inspections for cracking of a stiffener of a certain lateral window frame and applicable related investigative and corrective actions, effective July 10, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-10-08 for all ATR 42-200s, -300s and -320s, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective July 11, 2023.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-10-06 for all Airbus A330-200 freighters, -200s, -300s, A340-200s, -300s, -500s and -600s, requiring identification of certain inboard flap parts, a one-time eddy current inspection to identify which material the parts are made of, and, depending on findings, replacement with serviceable parts and reducing the allowance for the installation of these parts under certain conditions, effective July 11, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-10-03 for all MHI RJ Aviation regional jet 700s, 701s, 702s, 550s, 705s, 900s and 1000s, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective July 11, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-11-02 for all Airbus A300-600s, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective July 11, 2023.
