SelectCare combines long-term shop visit cost certainty with the freedom to choose from a range of optional services.

  • SelectCare is a fixed price overhaul arrangement, providing financial assurance, enabling airlines and cargo operators to focus on keeping their fleet flying.
  • Under SelectCare an overhaul shop visit draws on the same workscope that a TotalCare shop visit would have, uses the same Rolls-Royce approved components and materials, and is performed by the same highly skilled engineering teams.
  • The price of these shop visits is known for the duration of the SelectCare agreement.

Supported by a global CareNetwork

In addition to the £1 billion commitment to the ongoing development and enhancement of Rolls-Royce Trent engines, they are also making bold investments in their global Trent aftermarket network. By 2030, aiming to significantly expand their global MRO capability, from near wing maintenance and repair capability to full engine overhaul. The MRO capacity investment takes two forms: enhancing and expanding physical facilities, and in driving ever greater efficiency through cutting-edge inspection and repair technologies. These investments will extend engine life, reduce costs and speed up turnaround times, delivering tangible value for customers across the globe.

Rolls-Royce are continuing to expand their MRO capacity to support long-term growth of their widebody fleet. In Beijing, the BAESL joint venture with Air China opened in December 2025 to support up to 250 Trent XWB-84, Trent 1000, and Trent 700 overhauls per year by the mid‑2030s. In Istanbul, in partnership with Turkish Technic, Rolls-Royce will establish a state-of-the-art authorised maintenance centre, targeted to be operational by the end of 2027, supporting up to 200 shop visits annually.

As well as industry-leading long-term service agreements, Rolls-Royce’s online Marketplace also provides access to essential services, whenever and wherever operators need them. Providing access to short-term, event-based services, for customers across the globe, from Technical Solutions, Genuine Spare Parts and Engine Health Monitoring, plus many other services, keeping Rolls-Royce customers fleets flying.
