Heavy airframe maintenance work will account for 7% of MRO demand over the next decade. With spend expected to be in excess of $15 billion, aircraft such as the 737 MAX will become increasingly prominent in the North American fleet as more enter into service.
3-Line Maintenance
Line maintenance will account for 21% of the overall market in North America from this year through to 2027.
Engine Maintenance Will Perform Strongly Over A 10-Year Period

Despite COVID-19 setbacks on the aftermarket, engine maintenance will still be a strong driver of 10-year growth. From 2021-2030, Aviation Week data predicts engine MRO demand will be $405 billion with the fastest CAGR growth of any segment at 4.9%.
