MTU AERO ENGINES purchased remaining 20% stake in Amsterdam-based MTU MAINTENANCE LEASE SERVICES (MLS) from Sumitomo; MTU then sold its 10% share in SMBC AERO ENGINE LEASE to Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing (SMFL).
