Farsound Forms Kitting Partnership with HAECO
Farsound has signed a contract with HAECO Group’s Global Engine Support division to provide the MRO with consigned kits for on-wing and in-field engine maintenance. It says the new contract forms part of a long-term working partnership between the two companies.

STS Aviation Services Base Maintenance Agreement
STS Aviation Services has signed a long-term base maintenance agreement with Aircraft Engine Lease Finance to support its Airbus A330 aircraft, which will be operated by Maleth Aero. STS is preparing to accept the first maintenance visit at its widebody aircraft maintenance facility in Birmingham, UK.

Embraer Signs Pool Agreement with Startup Airline
Startup airline Breeze Airways has signed a long-term Pool Program Agreement with Embraer to support a wide range of repairable components for its E190 and E195 fleet. The agreement includes full repair coverage for components and parts, as well as access to a large stock of components at Embraer’s distribution center. Breeze Airways is planning the start of its operation this year.

Air Dolomiti Extends Base Maintenance Contract
Air Dolomiti has extended its base maintenance contract with Avia Prime subsidiary LINETECH. Under the contract, LINETECH will carry out checks for Air Dolomiti’s fleet of Embraer E195 aircraft at Katowice Airport in Poland.

FL Technics Launches Logistics Business
FL Technics has launched its new business unit FL Technics Logistics Solutions, which will provide services such as air cargo, charter services, customers brokerage and storage services to the aerospace industry. It recently conducted its largest door-to-door delivery to date, in which it transported two CFM56 aircraft engines from Manila, Philippines to Dublin, Ireland in six days.

StandardAero Wins Air Seychelles Engine Contract
Air Seychelles has awarded StandardAero a multi-year contract to support the Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34 turboprop engines powering its fleet of DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft. StandardAero will provide MRO services for the airline from its overhaul facility in Johannesburg, South Africa, which is one of its centers of excellence for the PT6A engine family.

Utair and StandardAero ATR Agreement
Russian airline Utair Aviation JSC has selected StandardAero to provide overhaul support for the Pratt & Whitney PW127M engines powering its fleet of ATR 72-500s. StandardAero will provide services from its overhaul facilities in Summerside, PE, Canada and Gonesse, France.

Spirit AeroSystems Asia-Pacific Joint Venture
Spirit AeroSystems has signed a joint venture agreement with Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corporation (EGAT) as part of its planned aftermarket expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. The two companies will form Spirit Evergreen Aftermarket Solutions to provide repair capabilities and services in the region.
