MRO HOLDINGS, TX agreed to acquire AVIATION EXTERIORS LOUISIANA (AvEx), which paints commercial narrowbodies and widebodies in three hangars at New Iberia, LA. MROH is targeting its paint operations at 10 dedicated paint lines by end 2020.
