MTU Maintenance

MTU Maintenance, a division of MTU Aero Engines, provides maintenance services for aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. Its services span the entire life cycle of an engine including on-site and on-wing services, spare engine support, engine condition monitoring, accessory and LRU management as well as solutions that help maximize the engine value through optimized end-of-life material and asset management. MTU Maintenance also has high-tech repairs, known as MTUPlus repairs, which are developed in-house and certified by EASA and FAA. The company has 4,000 employees at various locations around the globe and over 15,000 shop visits in 35 years.

 

 

Delta TechOps

Delta TechOps

With more than 30 years of component MRO service work, Delta TechOps tests, repairs, overhauls and modifies aircraft components. The company works on more than 200,000 components every year, representing more than 8,000 different part numbers of 35+ ATA chapters. Delta TechOps’ ISO 9001 Certified services range from single repair-and-return to comprehensive inventory exchange programs and covers Boeing, Airbus and McDonnell Douglas fleets.

Siaec offers a suite of MRO services including line maintenance, airframe maintenance, component overhaul, landing gear support programs (Boeing 777, 737NG and Airbus A380), aircraft painting, cabin retrofit, fleet and asset management programs and corporate jet interior programs. Siaec serves a large client base of international airlines flying Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including the 737NG, 787, 777, 747; and A320, A330, A340, A350 and A380. Egyptair Maintenance & Engineering is an MRO company in the Middle East and Africa offering MRO services to commercial aircraft—engines and components. Being an ECAA, FAA and EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organization, it provides line maintenance in many domestic and outstations, base maintenance up to D-Check at Cairo International Airport as well engine overhaul, mechanical components, NDT, avionics and engineering services. Egyptair Maintenance & Engineering capabilities cover a wide range of aircraft types including the Airbus A320 family, A330, A340, A300-600, A300-B4 and Boeing 737-300/-400/-500/-600/-700/-800/-900, 777 and Embraer E-170/-190.

 

 

Flight Safety Div. of WH Brennan

WH Brennan

Established in 1947, the Flight Safety Div. of WH Brennan is a repair and overhaul facility for the Aerospace industry. Its capabilities include the repair and overhaul of aircraft fire extinguishers, aircraft oxygen systems, evacuation slides and sliderafts, life vests, life jackets and helicopters’ rotor hydraulic servo actuators and flight control assemblies. The company also represents Blast Deflectors Inc. (BDI) for its range of jet blast deflectors and ground run-up enclosures for aircraft engine run-tests, accomplishing more than 20 installations in Changi Airport for both new and relocated projects. The company is also approved by several Air Agencies including CAAS, FAA, EASA and is an approved facility by the U.S. Transportation Department for the hydrostatic testing of pressurized vessels.

Its global services and support structure provides prompt responses to a full range of needs, including field and technical support, material and spare parts, flight and maintenance operations consulting, aircraft upgrades and modifications and comprehensive crew and personnel training. The company also incorporates eSolutions, a platform of web-based tools on the FlyEmbraer website. FlyEmbraer can connect Embraer customers with a digital portfolio of services at any time, on any device. It is designed to maximize aircraft productivity and avoid unnecessary operating costs and delays through both corrective and preventive maintenance.

 

 

FL Technics

FL Technics

Operating a vast expanse of fully equipped hangars and shops, FL Technics provides base maintenance services in compliance with EASA Part-145 certificate in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania, as well as Indonesia. As a Boeing GoldCare partner, FL Technics offers a range of MRO support including base and line maintenance (including A-to-D checks), engine and landing gear replacement, component and composite repair shops, NDT, cabin refurbishment as well as aircraft livery change and other services. The company’s MRO centers service all major types of modern aircraft, operated by European carriers, including the Boeing 787 and and 747. Its base maintenance capabilities cover such aircraft as Airbus A319/A320/A321 and the  Boeing 737 Classic and NG.
