Maintenance Aircraft Services At MRO Middle East

MTU Maintenance, a division of MTU Aero Engines, provides maintenance services for aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. Among its services are on-site and on-wing services, spare engine support, engine condition monitoring, accessory and LRU management as well as solutions for end-of-life material and asset management. In addition, MTU Maintenance offers high-tech repairs, known as MTUPlus repairs. The repairs developed in-house are certified by EASA and FAA. Booth #230.

Onurair, a private airline in Turkey, is celebrating its 24th year of operations in 2016. Since 2011, the airline operated its own maintenance hangar in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Onurair Technic is an EASA/Bermuda and Russian Part 145 organization and assists its customers in base and line maintenance services at Istanbul Ataturk and Antalya International Airport. Onurair Technics is able to provide Level 3 NDT inspection under D1 rating and EASA approved composite and structure repairs for all type of aircraft parts. Booth #466. 

Atitech, a maintenance and repair company located in Napoli, Italy, provides heavy maintenance services for Boeing MD-80, 737 (Classic/NG), Embraer 175/190, Airbus A320 family and ATR 42/72. The company also has DOA PART 21 and an EASA Part 147 certified training school. Atitech operates out of five hangars, one painting bay and many workshops. Booth #825.

Cargo Repair is an FAA 145/EASA approved repair station specializing in repair and overhaul of Telair, Goodrich, Ancra, AAR and other cargo loading system components. It stocks new and serviceable piece parts to provide repairs with reduced turn times. Cargo Repair also can reduce costs by testing and repairing Hartwell latches that are often treated as expendables. Booth #144.

The photo above features a CF6-80E1 reverser prior to repair work at Nordam Repair, Tulsa, Oklahoma, U.S. As its exclusive OEM, Nordam has worldwide facilities to provide MRO services for this aircraft part. Booth #729.

Located in Dubai, Ames is a joint venture between Air France KLM Engineering & Maintenance and Aircelle Safran Group.  Ames offers maintenance and repair services for all engine nacelle types and serves airlines operating out of the Middle East region. Its repair shop is located in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone and has a wide service portfolio that includes repair and on-wing inspection, management of nacelle spare parts and assistance in optimizing maintenance schedules. Chromalloy Arabia provides the region with life-cycle gas turbine engine solutions including component repair, parts, materials, asset management and many other services. The company offers commercial and military aircraft operators a range of technologies and advanced service solutions, in addition to serving energy producers and land-based turbine operators. Chromalloy Arabia, a joint venture between Chromalloy and Arabian Qudra, is headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a sales and service office in Dubai, UAE. The business serves operators across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. Booth #625. 

The Revima Group Companies is an independent provider that specializes in APU and landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul, as well as a sheet metal activity for the repair of main engine components. It also includes Normandy Aero Spares, a company specialized in the trading of serviceable parts. Booth #435. 

Mingo Aerospace offers cargo system components, thermal spray and precision grinding, and galley air chiller repairs. The repairs include PDUs, traction rollers, stops and ball mats (CH 27/57), landing gear and flight control components (CH 32), and galley air chillers and refrigerators (CH 25). Mingo offers PMAs and DER approved “low cost alternative” repairs and maintains a large in-house repair and rotable pool. Booth #735.
