Lean Production Boosts FL Technics

Lithuania-based FL Technics’ engine division has opened a new facility for CFM56 family engine MRO quick turn activities in Kaunas. The new hangar, operated by FL Technics Engine Services, was recently granted Part-145 approval from Lithuania’s aviation regulator the Transport Competency Agency of Republic of Lithuania with approval from EASA. It operates in close proximity to FL Technics’ main facilities in the city.
FL Technics, the Lithuanian MRO provider, has almost doubled its annual profit to €10.8 million ($12 million) for 2018.
