ISRAIR GROUP is acquiring 25% stake in BIRD AVIATION, Cyprus (aircraft MRO) for €2.3m (SPNWS; May 31) and now owns 75%. It is expected to take another 12.5% in 2025 for €1.4m and the remaining 12.5% for another €1.4m (date TBA).
