The Heatcon HCS9200B Hot Bonder is an electrical heating composite repair system, monitored and controlled via computer. The HCS9200B consists of two zones with separate, multiple sensor inputs that control the heat application, vacuum, and time necessary to cure critically sensitive composite resins and adhesives. Handles on three sides of the compact and portable unit make for convenient maneuverability and provide a composite repair technician with complete control of the hot-bond curing process.

Designed by the Dedienne Aerospace engineering department, the shipping stand LEAP-1B has been optimized to carry out the BOEING 737 Max engine by road and airfreight—and to ensure its easy installation. A distinguishing factor of the LEAP-1B shipping stand is its low weight of 2,350 kg, compared to the engine's 3,490 kg, making it one of the most-efficient stands ever produced by Dedienne Aerospace.

Esterline Total Air Temperature (TAT) Probe RP350 is certified for Airbus long-range (A330 and A340) and single-aisle aircraft (A320-family airplanes). The RP350 offers an MTBF greater than 50,000 hr., including heater cable greater than 500,000 hr., and a high accuracy in both severe icing conditions and in dry air (better than +/-0.4C in cruise with Deicing Heat Error (DHE) lower than 1C at low speed). Its TAT probe is compliant with JAR25 icing-certification requirements and is compliant with MIL-P-27723-E Deicing requirements. The ceramic-sensing element is a calibrated dual-platinum RTD. The RP350 is fully interchangeable with 102EH2EB TAT Sensor.

Dukane Seacom, a HEICO company, created the first FAA/EASA TSO/ETSO-C121b certified 90-day underwater-locator beacon (ULB). The new 90-day operational requirements enter into effect on Dec. 1, 2015. In addition to exceeding a longer operational requirement, the DK120/90 also offers a 7-year battery-replacement cycle. An exchange program is currently being offered for airlines who would like to convert from 30-day beacons to 90-day beacons through Dukane Seacom's distribution partner, Seal Dynamics. With over 40 years of industry experience, Dukane Seacom has the largest install base of underwater-locator beacons for commercial, military, and business jets, with over 50,000 ULB units installed on aircraft.
SolidHeat

GH SWET System from SolidHeat is designed to heat superalloys for welding at elevated temperatures. The system uses an argon purge chamber, which removes oxygen from the work area to avoid oxidation. The GH SWET System also has a working area ergonomically designed to guarantee operator comfort. The equipment can be height-adjusted and the armrest can also be adjusted by angle. All the process-parameters indicators are located in the front panel, so the operator can easily control them. The specifically designed coil provides the proper heating pattern to the part and maximizes the efficiency of the induction-heating power supply, while still allowing for the part's easy insertion and removal. The system’s features include: programmed time delay for chamber purging; ramp up, hold, ramp down temperature control; closed loop temperature control via infrared pyrometer; and control holds for constant power during the welding process.
