Power Breezer is an outdoor cooling system that is self-contained, mobile and virtually maintenance free.  The Power Breezer cools a 3000 sq. ft. area by up to 27°F. It is designed to cool outdoor or partially covered spaces without getting people and equipment furnishings wet. The system has passed Military Standard 810-G for rain storms, dust storms, sand storms, high humidity and high heat as well as the Navy’s salt fog test. Booth #4526

Proceco’s automatic aircraft wheel washer is a recirculated, hot aqueous cleaning solution. It works with a power spray on wheel surfaces while a rotating brush scrubs the tire bead seat area to remove rubber deposits. Brady's fluid line tape is designed for aircraft tubing identification. The subsurface printed, flexible, transparent polyester film tape has heat-activated adhesive. The adhesive offers resistance to fuels, oils and hydraulic fluids. When the tape is applied, it can be repositioned due to the low initial adhesion. Booth #4736

The ATOS Triple Scan 16M from Capture 3D is the latest addition to the portfolio of high precision blue light 3D scanners.  The ATOS Triple Scan 16M provides up to 16 million points per scan (PPS) and a single scan is capable of capturing point spacing down to 34 microns within a 170 x130 mm² area and up to 166 microns within a 810 x 610 mm² area.  Each measurement takes a few seconds and the algorithms automatically align each scan into coordinate position.  The Triple Scan technology improves data collection on shiny surfaces and complex geometry while requiring fewer scans.  It comes with ATOS Professional software that includes mesh editing, average mesh calculations, 2D/3D inspection, parametric inspection, Trend/SPC analysis, industry specific inspection functions (i.e. sheet metal inspection, airfoil inspection, etc.), and more.  The comprehensive reporting provides 3D color maps comparing scan to CAD nominal in addition to CMM type reporting.  The ATOS Triple Scan 16M can be configured for manual/portable use, with a rotary stage or fully automated with robotics to further increase throughput and productivity.  Booth #4410

The 5100 series shock absorbing caster from Darnell-Rose is designed for for extremely heavy loads. The upper raceway top plate and base plate are flame cut from 1-in. thick steel and precisely CNC machined to tight tolerances. Pressure fitting is supplied in the base plate for lubrication. Both upper main load bearing and lower trust bearing utilize heavy-duty tapered roller bearings for maximum mobility under heavy loads and to withstand lateral forces. Extra-large 1 ¼” king bolt is threaded and securely fastened at both ends to ensure a solid fit.
