James Bennett, CCO, AerFin
James joined AerFin in July 2016 as a senior member of the leadership team. He has a career spanning over 20 years in the aviation industry including senior commercial and sales and marketing positions within a leading engine consultancy services business, HEICO Aerospace and Chromalloy, the worldwide manufacturing and repair services provider of gas turbine engine parts. The 8 years in Chromalloy Thailand leading sales and customer services, culminated in a series of agreements, particularly with China Airlines and Rolls Royce, where James was the commercial lead in securing the first Trent 1000 repairs outside of the Rolls Royce network.
James’ responsibility at AerFin is devising and executing the sales strategy for the group worldwide, with a particular focus on building long term agreements with strategic customers in the leasing, airline and MRO communities.

Claude Houver, VP Innovation and Digital Solutions, Airbus Customer Services
Claude Houver is the VP Innovation and Digital Solutions at Airbus Customer Services since March 2023. He is responsible for the development, delivery, and support of digital solutions.
He has 30 years of customer experience in both product engineering and customer services in aviation and automotive, and is passionate about innovation.
Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Support Engineering in Airbus Helicopters Customer Services, leading Technical Assistance & Support, TechData, Maintenance Program Engineering, and acted as Accountable Manager for the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation. He considers Digital as a key enabler to boost operational efficiency.
He also served as Head of Engineering for Airframe & Vehicle Systems, always fostering lean and innovative solutions to build customer loyalty.
Claude started his career as a thermal system engineer on major automotive development programs.

Oliver Iffert, COO, Vueling
Oliver Iffert, born in Pforzheim (Germany), joined Vueling as Chief Operations Officer in 2019 bringing with him a wealth of aviation expertise. He embarked on his aviation journey by training at the German Flight Academy RWL Monchengladbach, where he earned his pilot's credentials. Complementing his technical skills, Oliver pursued a master's degree in business administration from the Hult International Business School in Dubai.
With over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, Oliver Iffert has held pivotal roles at internationally renowned airlines. His career took off at Etihad Airways, where he started as Deputy Chief Pilot Airbus in 2005 and ascended over the years to become Senior Vice President of Flight Operations in 2011.
After more than ten years in Eithad Airways, in 2016, Oliver Iffert assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer at Airberlin. Over the course of two years, he played a central role in shaping the airline's operational strategies.
With more than 20 years and experience in airline operations management, at 2019 Iffert joined Vueling, where he oversees the area that ensures the airline can provide its services effectively and efficiently. He currently manages a fleet of more than 125 aircraft that operate about 750 flights a day, on mixed short and medium-haul routes.

Aleksandra Juda, President and CEO, LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services (LOTAMS)
Aleksandra Juda was appointed to the position of CEO in LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services in July 2018. She is directly responsible for the departments of sales, human resources, corporate affairs and quality. Moreover, she supervises the maintenance area (base maintenance, line maintenance and workshop). Her direct responsibilities also cover leadership of LOTAMS investment project, a new hangar in Rzeszów, dedicated to widebody aircraft.
Juda is a graduate of the University in Warsaw, Faculty of Law. Since April 2015 Aleksandra has also been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Her barrister’s experience she gained working for several companies, as an in-house lawyer in the pharmaceutical industry and a Warsaw law firm.
Her responsibilities covered providing legal services for business clients, mainly in the IT, trading, and pharmaceutical industries. She also specialized in mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies and corporate governance. She has previously been Deputy Director of the Treasury Department at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.

With more than 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance industry. Leading data-driven innovation, change and culture, to achieve the next level in industry efficiency and sustainability. Passionate in supporting individuals and teams to bring their own innovative ideas to action. With a strong background in engineering, leadership and vision, Wouter continues to push the boundaries of what is possible with big data in the aviation industry and sets new standards for excellence in aircraft maintenance and reliability.

Kaire Kalve boasts over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across international ISO-certified production companies. Her expertise spans logistics, procurement, sales, customer service, and product portfolio engineering. She has led high-performing teams, driving transformative projects, and ensuring sustainable profitability.
Kaire Kalve took on the position of Head of Supply Chain in Magnetic Group in September 2023. With a passion for the aviation industry, she navigates its challenges, leveraging the latest technological advancement and innovative solutions to transform the MRO business.
Kaire’s success is rooted in her commitment to fostering a positive work environment. She encourages a result-oriented culture through streamlined processes, guiding employees toward focused, professional goals aligned with company values.

Karine Lavoie-Tremblay Director, Commercial Engines Digital Transformation, Pratt & Whitney
Karine has over 25 years of experience in engineering, industrial and program management, customer support, commercial aftermarket services and digital technologies. She is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines' digital transformation, driving efficiency and connectivity to support enterprise growth.
Karine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universite Laval in Quebec, Canada and her Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, Connecticut. She also received an MBA from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford.

Bo Lump, SVP Business Development, SR Technics
Bo is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for SR Technics, supporting the company's global strategy on engine maintenance solutions to the world’s airline and leasing customers. Bo has been in aviation for 25 years, having worked in aerospace design, new-make manufacturing, and aftermarket on both airframe and engines. For the last nine years, Bo has supported airlines globally, by providing critical aftermarket solutions.
Before joining SR Technics, Bo was Vice President of Sales and Product Line for ITS. Prior to ITS, Bo was the Global Director of Business Development for Chromalloy, responsible for the organization’s repair and coating solutions.
Bo holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication from Northern Arizona University and served in the U.S. Navy for eight years.

Jaime Ramirez, Supply Chain Procurement and Contracts Manager, Air Europa Airlines
Jaime is the current leader for procurement and contracts in Air Europa Maintenance, overseeing strategic procurement and contract negotiations. He is an industrial engineer specialist in aeronautical logistics, with 16 years in commercial and military aviation and 20 years in the supply chain industry. He has led aviation projects and positions in different countries, managing the challenges related to the global supply chain. Ramirez is passionate about forecasting and predictive maintenance, and believes that most of the peaks, AOGs and unscheduled maintenance can be managed with planned purchasing if the companies take care of the information and take advantage of the new technological possibilities such as AI or Blockchain.

Lee McConnellogue, CEO, ecube
Lee McConnellogue is the Chief Executive Officer at ecube, an aircraft end-of-life services provider. Lee joined ecube earlier this year to guide the business in enabling strategic growth across sites in the UK, Spain, and U.S.
Lee has previously held roles at Monarch Aircraft Engineering, Flybe and Rolls-Royce PLC, where he was Senior Vice President of Service Operations.
