CEBU AIR agreed to acquire remaining 51% stake in APPC, Philippines (line maintenance) from SIA Engineering for US$5.6m and SIA ENGINEERING agreed to acquire remaining 35% of SIA ENGINEERING PHILIPPINES (SIAEP) from Cebu Air for $7.7m.
