Malaysian low-cost carrier AirAsia debuted its first Airbus A330-900neo at Paris, with the aircraft expected to enter into service this month. The extended-fuselage version of the A330neo, the -900 will see a surge in its MRO segment over the next 10 years: Aviation Week estimates this to grow at 36.3%.
AirBaltic Exhibits An Airbus A220-300

Like at Farnborough last year, Latvian carrier AirBaltic displayed one of its Airbus A220-300 aircraft--formerly known as the Bombardier CSeries before Airbus acquired the program last year. Aviation Week data lists 122 A220s in service this year.
Air Tahiti's New Boeing 787-9

Air Tahiti is undergoing a fleet regeneration program that will see it replace its older aircraft with newer models. By the end of this year, it plans to phase out its Airbus A340-300 fleet for Boeing 787-9s. The 787-9 will become more omnipresent in the global fleet over the next decade--growing at a rate 11.9% from 2019 to 2028.
Amazon's Cargo Aircraft

The cargo airline for e-commerce giant Amazon has five Boeing 737-800BCF on lease. Total MRO demand for the aircraft type will stand at a modest $1.7 billion over the next 10 years.
Asia-Pacific Will Be The Center Of The ATR Fleet

ATR displayed one of its 72-600 aircraft at Paris. The tuboprop will be a common fixture of the fleet in Asia-Pacific. By 2028, Aviation Week estimates 659 of the aircraft will be operating in the region--dwarfing the number of aircraft flying in the second largest market of Western Europe (214).
Global 7500 Bizjet

Business jets are also on display at the Paris Air Show, with Bombardier showcasing its Global 7500 jet. The Canadian-manufactured aircraft entered into service in December 2018.
New E-Jet On Show

Brazilian carrier AZUL was the launch customer of the extended E-Jet when it was launched in 2017 as a competitor to the Airbus A220. The E195-E2 aircraft variant alone is expected to generate an MRO spend of $451.6 million from now through to 2028.
Qatar Airways Airbus A350-1000

Qatar Airways was the launch customer for the A350-1000 back in January 2015. The aircraft was widely seen as a successor to the A340-600 and a competitor to the Boeing 777-300ER and 777-9. With the order book growing for the -1000 variant, Aviation Week predicts growth in the aircraft's aftermarket at 33.8%.
Spicejet's Bombardier Q400

Indian airline Spicejet displayed one of the new generation versions of its Bombardier Q400 aircraft. The carrier already operates eight of the aircraft and is expected another 42 from its order book.
Mitsubishi Spacejet
Rebranded from the MRJ to the Mitsubishi SpaceJet earlier this month, manufacturers Mitsubishi Aircraft Corp. unveiled the aircraft at the Paris Air Show. While it remains to be seen whether the rebranding can boost a program beset by delays, Aviation Week foresees 51.9% fleet growth up to 2028.
