Many Flights Serving Rome Fiumicino Airport Were Canceled Due To Strikes
About one-third of the frequencies serving Rome Fiumicino Airport were canceled yesterday as air traffic controllers and Alitalia cockpit and cabin staff staged several strikes. The unions had called for a series of stoppages in support of a new collective labor agreement for the transport sector.
