Mandarin Adds Kaohsiung-Seoul Service
Taiwanese carrier Mandarin Airlines will connect the island’s second-largest city, Kaohsiung, with Seoul from Oct. 29, beginning with two weekly charter services that will be upgraded to four weekly scheduled flights from December. The route was served by Uni Air until August.
