Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Avigdor Yanouch Ben-Gal (see photo) has been named chairman of the board of Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. He succeeds Zvi Zur. Ben-Gal will continue as president of TAHAL-Water Planning for Israel Ltd.
