Kaman Corp. to buy RWG Frankenjura-Industrie Flugwerklager GmbH
Kaman Corp. reached agreement to buy privately held German bearing manufacturer RWG Frankenjura-Industrie Flugwerklager GmbH. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. RWG makes spherical and ball bearings, rod ends, bushings and specialty components for the aerospace industry.
