Judge reinstates dismissal of Laker's complaint against British Airways
U.S. District Court Judge Wilkie Ferguson Jr. reinstated his order dismissing Laker Airways' complaint against British Airways. Laker filed an antitrust suit against BA that was dismissed, then reinstated, and now dismissed again.
