A Partenavia P68C collided with trees and then a mountain slope near Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. It was VFR at the accident site. The airplane was destroyed by impact and a post-crash fire. The commercial-rated pilot and one passenger were fatally injured. There were no witnesses to the accident.
