Jacques Vachon and George Hazy
Jacques Vachon has become president of Executive Airlines, San Juan, Puerto Rico, a unit of American Eagle. He succeeds George Hazy, who will become managing director of the Los Angeles gateway for American Airlines. Vachon has been vice president of American Eagle's Miami hub.
