INTELLIGENCE: Pinnacle Must Wait Four Years For Code Share With Non-NWA Partner

Pinnacle, under the terms of its IPO, has to wait four years before pursuing code sharing with partners other than Northwest, said Phil Reed, Pinnacle's VP-marketing. Northwest will not own more than 13% of Pinnacle and NW still plans to provide the regional with 83 Bombardier RJs by April 2004.
