Intelligence: DHL Says Wilmington Hub Could Process 1.7 Million Items A Day
DHL says its new hub at Wilmington, Ohio, will be able to handle about 1.7 million packages or pieces of mail a day when it opens in fall 2005. Wilmington will be the carrier's main hub, and the $300 million investment represents the largest single capital investment DHL has made in the U.S.
