India Upgrades MiG 27s Avionics

INDIAN UPGRADES: India said it has completed the avionics upgrade of its MiG-27 aircraft. The Defense Avionics Research Establishment (DARE), under the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), claims “the effort was realized using entirely indigenous expertise at a fraction of cost.”...
