Honeywell International Inc. acquired Quantum Laser Corp.
Honeywell International Inc. acquired Quantum Laser Corp., a firm specializing in the laser cladding of turbine blades, under terms the company did not disclose. Honeywell said the acquisition will enhance its aerospace business repair technology and expand its customer base.
