Hochtief Set To Buy 75% Of Budapest Airport From BAA

Germany's Hochtief Airports is one step closer to buying BAA's 75% stake in Budapest Airport now that the European Commission has approved the deal. The deal was originally scheduled to close in December 2006, but was delayed over antitrust issues.
